Occupied Baluchistan: Anjuman-e-Ithad Marr (AIM) has said that Najeeb Langov and Faizullah Baluch were tortured to death while in custody. They said the killing of Baluch forced-disappeared was a continuation of the slow but steady genocide of Baluch Nation from past 63 years. According to AIM statement after its disgraceful defeat at the hands of Baluch Sarmachaars the Pakistani notorious ISI and MI are violating all international laws, as now they’ve started killing Baluch forced-disappeared activists in their custody – which is a new but failed attempt to physically intimidate the Baluch Nation.
Killing Baluch youth in custody under extreme and inhuman torture, and dumping their bodies in deserted areas by Pakistani military forces has been going on for long time now; the cold-blooded murder of three Baluch leaders in Turbat and now the brutal murder of Shaheed Najeeb Baluch and Faizullah Baluch are signs of physical and obvious defeat of Pakistani intelligence agencies. If Pakistan thinks it can defeat or intimidate the Baluch nation by restoring to extreme gross violence against them then they (Pakistanis) are gravely mistaken.
Ironically, all these violation of human rights and genocide of Baluch Nation are taking place right under the nose of the UN, EU, Red Cross, Amnesty International and other so called champions of Human Rights Organisations but these (International) Organisations are completely silent! The AIM statement went on to say that making noise on John Solecki’s abduction and keeping silence on the abduction and killing of Baluch activists is equal to rubbing (salt on) the Baluch wounds. “UN’s silence on the cold-blooded murder of senior leader of Baluch Qaumdost Committee Shaheed GM Baluch and the abduction of further two members of the same committee Student Zakir Majeed and Mir Qadir Baluch is contrary to UN charter and a question mark on the existence and credibility of UN as a neutral International department”, alleged the AIM statement.
Balochistan is a war zone; International Community must play their role before they face another Darfur like situation in Baluchistan. We want to bring this new but dangerous method of Pakistani agencies to the attention of International Human Rights Organisations and the UN; the Pakistanis have now started murdering Baluch prisoners. Pakistan is an uncivilised state and it has no value and respect for human lives and human rights laws, there are currently thousand of Baluch in their custody and if the UN do not take immediate measures to prevent the mass killing of Baluch forced-dispread people then thousand of Baluch will lose their lives at the hand of these savage Pakistani military and Intelligence agencies.
The AIM spokesperson has also strongly criticised the Pakistani electronic and print media for discriminating against the Baluch people. He alleged that Pakistani media (print and electronic) reports were biased and hateful against Baluch freedom struggle. “The Pakistani media is distorting the facts about the Baluch war of liberation against Pakistan. They (media) are playing a significant role to justify Pakistani atrocities in Baluchistan and trying to paint a bad image of Baluch resistance Organisations and pro-Independent political parties in Baluchistan. They are covering up the crime of the state”.
