Occupied Balochistan: Mir Zaib Baluch a younger brother of Mir Khalid Langove, a central leader of the National Party, was killed and three of his bodyguards were wounded in an ambush near Mangochar area of Balochistan here on Saturday evening.
According to the details, Mir Khalid Langove and his younger brother were returning to Quetta after offering condolences at the residence of Mir Najeeb Langove, the nephew of Sagaar-e-Baluch (Amir Bux Langov), when they there convoy was ambushed. Multiple bullets hit the car of Mr. Khalid but he remained safe. However, his younger brother Mir Ziab Langove was killed after several shots hit him.
” I am clueless about the murders,” said Khalid Langove,” I have no enmity with anyone. I can only wait and pray to God to bring the perpetrators to justice on the Day of Judgment.”
Mir Zaib Lango was travelling along his brother in a convoy of cars along with his security guards while heading towards Quetta when unidentified armed men ridding on a motorbike in Kili Darakzai area of Manguchar ambushed and opened fire on them. As result of firing, four of them sustained multiple bullet wounds. The attackers managed to flee from the spot. The injured were taken to Quetta for treatment while Zaib Langove succumbed to his injuries on his way to hospital. It is believed Mr. Khalid Langove was the main target of the attack which he luckily survived.
Senior administration officials and notables rushed to the spot where the incident took place. Officials started the investigations and so far no one had claimed the responsibility for the deadly attack on Mir Zaib Langvo lost his life.

Two people gunned down in Gwadar, man killed in Quetta
QUETTA: Two people were shot dead near Gwadar International Airport on Saturday.
According to sources, unidentified armed motorcyclists opened fire at Muhammad Sarwar and Noor Alam Bangali. As a result, both of them died at the spot while the assailants managed to flee. Sarwar belonged to Lahore and owned a small snack bar in Gwadar while Bangali was a resident of Karachi. Police registered a case and have started investigation. A man was killed and another injured in separate incidents of firing and explosion in Quetta on Saturday.
According to police, Faqeer Muhammad Bangulzai, a retired bank employee, was passing through the Sariab Road near the PTCL exchange when unidentified armed men fired at him. As a result, Bangulzai died on the spot while the assailants managed to flee. The victim was a resident of Killi Haqabad, Quetta. An old enmity is stated to be the reason for the killing. Police handed over the victim’s body to his family for burial. Police registered a case and have started investigation.

Senator Mohabbat Khan Marri Escapes Bid on Life
QUETTA: A senator of Pakistan Muslim League (Quaid-e-Azam faction) Senator Mir Mohabbat Khan Maari and his convoy escaped an attempt on their lives in Kohlu on Saturday, the official news agency reported.
According to details, unknown men had placed a bomb along the road side that went off barely a minute apart after the convoy of Senator Mir Mohabbat Khan Marri passed by the area. Marri is a staunch critic of Baloch nationalists and the ongoing armed struggle in the province.
Though the blast caused no damage, local authorities said they believed Marri was the actual target of a plot meant to execute a political murder.
No one has accepted responsibility for the attempt on the senator’s life.
