QUETTA, Sept 30: 9 Pakistani army soldiers were killed and seven others injured by a landmine in Zain Koh area of Dera Bugti on Tuesday.
According to sources, Pakistani army vehicle were patrolling in the area when their vehicle hit a landmine planted by Baloch Sarmachars.
The soldiers killed were identified as Nazir Badshah, Dost Mohammad, Iqbal Shah and Tahmil Khan.
The Baloch Republican Army claimed responsibility for landmine blast According Mr. Sarbaz Baloch the spokesman of Baloch Republican Army the vehicle was blown by Baloch Sarmachars with a remote control dentonated landmine.
Talking to newsmen from an undisclosed location, he claimed that nine security personnel had been killed and over a dozen injured in the blast.
