News : Pakistani security forces convoy attacked in Balochistan

QUETTA: Four Pakistani security personnel were injured, two of them seriously, when Baloch Freedom Fighters attacked a convoy of security forces between Sui and Dera Bugti on Sunday evening.

According to sources, the convoy was going from Kashmore to the Loti gas field when it was attacked with rockets and automatic weapons near the Tali-Mat area.

One of the rockets hit a vehicle in the convoy, injuring subidar Shahadat, naib subidar Syed Badshah, driver Mohammad Shamin and soldier Omar Shakoor. The Baloch Freedom Fighters escaped unhurt when the security personnel returned fire.

Baloch Freedom Fighters of BRA claimed responsibility for the attack on the security convoy.
